Downloading Tips

These files require password access. You must be a registered Camelion Distributor or preferred customer to access these files. Please contact us or your authorized Camelion sales representative if you require a password.

If you are having difficulty downloading packages please try the following. If these suggestions do not work contact us directly.

Downloaded files are mostly in RAR format to reduce download times. Once you have downloaded the file to your desktop or other directory just double click on it and follow the directions.

The actual files are in PDF, JPG or Microsoft(R) Word formats. PDF files require Adobe Reader Software. If you do not have this software please download the free reader. JPG and Word files can be viewed on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word respectively.

If you have previously accessed this site you may want to hit the refresh button (F5) before downloading to ensure you have the latest version and are not using the temporary file cached on your computer.
